Her experience spans competitive swimming, coaching, personal training, and most recently, she became a certified health coach through Wellcoaches. She also holds a BS in Psychology/Biology from the University of Massachusetts, giving her a strong foundation in human health and behavior.

An avid cyclist, She's explored both the East and West coasts on two wheels. When she's not coaching, you might find her cooking healthy meals, playing a round of golf, or hiking with her family and two dogs.
